HR Crossroads Conference

The 1^st HR Crossroads Conference took place on Wednesday, 5 November 2003 in Gauteng followed by Durban and Cape Town. The Gauteng venue was packed out and the general feeling amongst the organisers and delegates was that the conference, in many ways, achieved its intended outcomes.  The main purpose of the conference was to initiate the process of discussion and debate on the relevant issues.
